SPARKS CITY CREWS IN FULL FORCE
Sparks, NV - City of Sparks snow crews are working around the clock to keep Priority 1 & 2 streets clear of snow. No major problems have been reported.
The City's force of nine plows will be operating through the early morning hours to prepare for Monday morning's commute, laying a mixture of salt and sand to provide a safer driving surface.
Motorists are advised to keep a distance of at least 50 feet behind a plow so the operator can see trailing vehicles, and allow and a safe distance to push snow off the roadway. Please allow extra travel time and drive with caution.
