Sparks, NV – Residents living in Sparks and throughout the Truckee Meadows should be aware of receiving a telephone scam that is currently taking place.

 

An unidentified caller who is associating him/herself with the Sparks Fire Department is asking for donations.  This is not a legitimate call.  The Sparks Fire Department is not soliciting money through any telephone campaign.  Nor is the Sparks Firefighters Association soliciting donations.  Residents should not respond to this request.
