Participants will kayak, swim or walk in the water for the first leg of the race, followed by a 1.8 mile biking course and a .2 (2/10) mile running course around the Marina. Every athlete will receive a participatory medal, race bag and t-shirt. 

 

Race day registration is $20 and will be accepted from 7 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. at the Sparks Marina. Race day registration may delay the shirt up to two weeks.
