PURPOSE: To prepare examinations to test each applicant for a massage technician certificate. MEETING SCHEDULE: One annual meeting, other scheduled as needed. MEETING PLACE: Location selected by Board. TERM OF OFFICE: Two-year staggered term. GOVERNING AUTHORITY: Sparks Municipal Code 5.65.190 APPOINTING AUTHORITY: City Council NUMBER OF APPOINTEES: Five Members QUALIFICATIONS: Three members must be massage technicians with a minimum of two years of experience practicing massage.
