Multi-Cultural Awareness Council
| PURPOSE: |
Our Multi-Cultural Awareness Council (MAC) seeks to perpetually recognize, respect, and celebrate the traditional values and contributions of the cultural diversity of the City of Sparks. Working as a team with representatives of the diverse cultures in the community, the MAC develops and recommends programs and projects designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of the city's workforce, and develop and establish programs and projects to maintain effective community outreach to all citizens.
We will create an organizational culture that respects and values individual and group differences and encourages the productive potential of every employee.
