PURPOSE:	Polices the Planning Commission on development on the river to stop encroachment and preserve the greenbelt for ourselves and our posterity.
MEETING SCHEDULE:	Third Tuesday of every month at 3:30 p.m.
MEETING PLACE:	County Planning Offices, 1001 E. 9th Street.
TERM OF OFFICE:	No set term - Serve at the pleasure of the governing body.
GOVERNING AUTHORITY:	Sparks Resolution No. 1027
APPOINTING AUTHORITY:	City Council
NUMBER OF APPOINTEES:	Two members.
QUALIFICATIONS:	Willingness to serve to protect and preserve the Truckee River greenbelt.
