Emergency Management: Administer and oversee the city's Emergency Operations Plan including interaction with local, state and federal governmental agencies. Identify and secure grant funding opportunities related to Emergency Management and Homeland Defense and Security functions within the city. Plan and coordinate the city's preparedness and recovery training related to natural disasters and terrorism events.
