Rose Garden Park is located in the Wingfield Springs area adjacent to Red Hawk Golf Course. The park features grassy areas, a walkway, a gazebo -- and a stream runs through it. Roses in almost every color and size adorn the planting beds making this a beautiful addition to Sparks’ park system.
