Sparks City Attorney Chet Adams has been recognized by “Cambridge Who’s Who” as the 2011 Professional of the Year representing the Municipal Law Industry.  First appointed in 1995, Chet has been reelected as the Sparks City Attorney to four successive terms, most recently in 2008 when he received nearly 65 percent of the Sparks votes.

Maintaining a criminal conviction rate of more than 95 percent, Mr. Adams has saved Sparks taxpayers in excess of $188 million since 2001 through his aggressive state and federal civil litigation efforts. His commitment to victims’ rights, his strong stance on criminal prosecutions and his successful civil litigation efforts defending Spark’s taxpayers has resulted in this prestigious award.  Congratulations Mr. Adams!
